Payment & Good Faith Estimates
Self-pay clients will receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of our costs when you schedule at least 3 days in advance unless you request a Superbill for our services to be submitted to your insurance. You may request a “Good Faith Estimate” before scheduling by calling our office at 207-752-6665 or emailing at leslie@innerbalancept.com.
Note: You will be asked for your credit card information to reserve your appointment(s). We will not charge your card unless you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you do not show for your appointment, or some of your services are not covered by insurance. The card will be charged $145 in those cases. There is a 3% fee for credit card usage.
