Leslie M. Parker, PT, CDT

Physical Therapist & Author

Leslie Parker is a Physical Therapist who has 24 years of experience in pelvic floor therapy working with women, men, and children. Some  of her accolades include the following: 

In 2003 she developed the men’s health and lymphedema programs at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, and in 2009 she developed the women’s health, men’s health, and lymphedema programs for Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. 

In 2011 she developed the first pediatric bowel and bladder program with CHAD at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. In 2012 she opened her private practice. 

In 2014 she taught a 10-hour pelvis section for a 200-hr yoga teacher training course, and in 2015 she wrote and published The Art Of Control; A Women’s Guide To Bladder Care which reached Amazon's #1 Best Seller rating during the first week it was published.

In 2021 she co-hosted a podcast called The Generation Gap, and in 2022 she developed an online course on pelvic alignment. In 2023 she introduced dry needling into her practice.

Leslie is a highly motivated healer who works with clients to create a unique care plan tailored to their individual needs, drawing on a rich background of educational and manual therapeutics.  The primary focus of her practice is to educate and empower clients to understand their body's function and to create daily at-home practices to support continued healthy function throughout life.
